These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Lotus Lampshades Ltd own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy if any information we place on Lotus Lampshades Ltd’s website, we take no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
Lotus Lampshades Ltd accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Availability of goods you order
If we have stock of the item we will try to deliver within 5 working days. If we have insufficient stock we will notify you as soon as possible with delivery times. If these delivery times are not acceptable to you we will give a full refund.
Changes to this agreement
Lotus Lampshades Ltd reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall we deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability if any remaining condition.
Delivery and returns
Deliveries to mainland UK are £9.95 (Outside UK phone 01691 777623 for a quote). All deliveries must be signed for.
You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The cost of returning goods shall be borne by you. Delivery is 3-5 working days. If we have insufficient stock we will notify you as soon is possible with delivery times. If these delivery times are not acceptable to you we will give a full refund. Please check the package externally for damage and ensure problems are noted and confirmed by courier. If goods exceed 10 kg we will contact you as an additional carriage charge may incur to cover our shipping costs.
Loss or damage in transport
In the event of damage or short delivery the company will not be liable unless the purchaser shall have notified the company in writing wiithin 2 working days of delivery.
Cancellation of orders.
You can notify us by email at s[email protected] or telephone 01691 777623 before we have despatched the goods to you, unless the product in question is a #8216;special order’ ie not an item we normally carry in stock.
